Pizza pinwheels on speed rack out at ambient temperature measured 58-60 degrees F. Person in charge said they were out to be baked and had been sitting out for around an hour. Items were moved to cooler at time. Please ensure food items are maintained at 41 degrees F or below to cold hold, unless they are actively being prepared. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
