Observed handwashing sink hot water temperature of 81*F at the time of inspection. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection on 8/8/25. Can be verified electronically.

Observed a PVC drainpipe from the ice machine at the cold bar below the rim of the floor sink without an air gap. Discussed keeping an air gap to avoid backflow. The person in charge (PIC) adjusted the PVC pipe for a 1 inch air gap between the floor sink and the drainpipes. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
