Observed a dead Cockroach in a sticky trap located back of house. PIC was made aware and removed the trap with the dead roach inside and properly disposed of it at time of inspection. Verified with PIC that a licensed pest control company comes out to spray. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
