Observed quat sanitizer measuring above 500 PPM in a spray bottle used to clean food contact surfaces. Alerted the manager who remade the quat solution to meet the recommended use concentration (150-400 PPM). Discussed toxicity concerns when sanitizers are used above the recommended range. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
