-- In walk-in refrigerator opened containers of sliced deli ham (date: 4/18/25), sliced tomatoes (date: 4/18/25), and sliced deli turkey (no date mark label) The PIC and other cooks unsure when the deli turkey was opened. All RTE/TCS foods without a date mark and/or past 7 days of preparation were discarded by PIC at the time of inspection.
