Observed hand soap and paper towels dispensers installed at the prep sink. Informed PIC that the dispenser need to be removed. Hand washing aides and devices may not be posted at non-hand washing sinks. Non-handwashing sinks shall not have handwashing aides or devices posted at them. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
