Observed no certified food protection manager at time of inspection. A Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) is required to be on the premises during all hours of operation. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Inspector's notes

Observed multiple fixed sinks with missing seals throughout the establishment. Caulk and seal gaps behind sinks, dishwasher to the walls throughout the establishment. Observed pipe to handwashing sink in the bar going directly into the floor drain. Elevate the drainpipes under the ice machine and the new sink at the bar to the at least 1" air gap from the end of the pipes to the floor/ flood rim of the floor sinks. Physical facility must be maintained in good repair at all times. Repair physical facility prior to next routine inspection. Repeat violation: 2nd Consecutive. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
