Observed employee at dishpit putting dishes in sanitizer basin for 1 second. Manager talked to employee to put it in longer according to school policy. Ensure that dishes (in quat solution) are submerged in sanitizer for at least 30 seconds. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
