Inspector's notes

Observed liquid eggs, sausage links, cooked hashbrowns, and raw shell eggs ranging from 47*F to 52*F in the single door refrigerator. Ambient temperature was 52.5*F using min/max thermometer. Person in charge stated the items were placed in the unit approximately one hour prior to inspection and relocated to the other refrigerator to rapid cool. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
