Observed tortilla soup at a temperature between 78-80*F. Person in charge explained that it was placed into ice bath at shortly after 9am temperature was taken around 12:45pm. Person in charge informed they shall cool products within 2 hours from 135°F to 70°F and within a total of 6 hours from 135°F and 41°F or less. Person in charge discarded item at time of inspection.
