Internal temperature of coffee in unit 43°F. PIC will put work order in for unit and coffee on 4 hour time as a control. All equipment must be maintained in good repair at all times. Repair all equipment to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Observed american cheese, white american cheese, teriyaki chicken, grilled chicken, bacon, and broccoli veg mix, with an internal temperature ranging 44-49*F. Person in charge stated foods were placed in area about 4 hours prior to inspection and voluntarily discarded all items. PRIORITY VIOLATION-3-501.16(A)(2) and (B) - Priority: Time/Temperature Control for Safety Food, Cold Holding.
