Observed cold brew and dairy based coffee mixes with internal temperature of 65F - 69F in the coffee dispensers by the donut case. The coffee machines were turned off and not providing any cooling. The person in charge stated the machines had been turned off the day before for repairs and had not been turned back on. The person in charge discarded the bags of cold brew and dairy based mixed coffee at the time of inspection. Discussed TCS cold holding temperature of 41F or below.
