The unit that held the coffee had an ambient air temperature of 47°F at the Person in Charge (PIC) stated they had not checked the temperature since the previous night. Coffee was discarded at time of inspection (see embargo form). Ensure all TCS food being monitored by cold holding has internal temperatures of 41°F or below at all times.
