Observed dishwasher test at 10ppm of Chlorine and three-compartment sink test at 0ppm of Quaternary Ammonia. Person-in-charge (PIC) discovered sanitizer levels located below the sink and dishwasher were close to empty and the facility did not have any additional sanitizer to use to properly sanitize. Maintenance arrived at time of inspection and provided sanitizer; sanitizer was testing at 50-100ppm Chlorine.
