Observed crates and boxes blocking handwash sink next to 3-compartment sink. Observed no paper towels in dispenser at handwash sink next to 3-compartment sink. Handwash sinks shall be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities shall be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. Instructed the person in charge (PIC) to relocate crates/boxes blocking handwash sink at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Inspector's notes
Observed brown organic matter along soda nozzles at soda fountain machine. Per PIC, night crew takes soda nozzles off one night every other week to be washed/rinsed/sanitized. All food-contact surfaces shall be cleaned to sight and touch. Instructed PIC to relocate all soda nozzles to warewashing area to be washed, rinsed, and sanitized at the time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection
