Observed an employee wash her hands and proceed to wipe her nose with a paper towel before dawning new gloves to work on food service. Coached staff on proper handwashing procedures and the employee rewashed her hands at the time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed two trays of prepared hamburgers in the hot holding units at 118 - 123 Deg. F. The operator reheated the burgers to 165 Deg. F. at the time of inspection. All hot held Time Temperature Control for Safety Foods (TCS) must be held at 135 Deg. F. or above. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
