Observed a build-up of black organic matter in the ice machine in the kitchen. Spoke with PIC about cleaning it during the next maintenance. Physical facility must be cleaned frequently enough to prevent accumulation of dirt, organic matter, and food debris. Must clean physical facility prior to next routine inspection.
