Observed opened hot dogs and pizza in the refrigerator with no date marks. According to PIC, employees from a third party company prepare and handle the food and PIC was not sure when food was opened. All open, ready to eat TCS (time and temperature controlled for safety) foods must be clearly marked to indicate the date or day the food shall be consumed on premises, sold, or discarded when held at a temperature of 41°F or less for a maximum of 7 days. The day of preparation shall be counted as Day 1. Please ensure employees handling food datemark open TCS food. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
