Observed pinkish brown organic matter on the inside lip of the ice machine. Informed PIC that the ice machine needs to be maintained clean to sight and touch. PIC called in for the machine to be cleaned and serviced at time of inspection. All food-contact surfaces must be cleaned to sight and touch. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Inspector's notes
Observed clean paper towel and toilet paper rolls being stored inside the garbage receptacle cabinet in the men's and women's rest rooms. The rolls were touching the side of the garbage bin and in one if the cabinets, a plunger. There were used paper towels on the clean rolls in the men's room. Informed PIC that the clean rolls cannot be stored in these cabinet next to the trash cans and plunger due to contamination risk. PIC removed the paper towel and toilet paper rolls from the cabinets and threw them out. PIC stated that they will inform the janitorial staff. Single use articles cannot be stored in rest rooms, garbage rooms, under sewage lines, or any other source of contamination. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
