Observed quat sanitizer dispenser at 3-compartment sink at bank 2 with water above 100*F and without testing sanitizer strength. Solution was then measured at a 150 ppm. Person in charge stated plumbing does not allow for cold water to dispense from unit and a work order has been placed. Remaining dispensers at warewashing areas unable to produce a minimum strength of150ppm. Staff able to manually prepare quat sanitizer solution at 70*F and between 150-400ppm at all locations. Establishment to continue to manually prepare solution until plumbing and units are repaired. 4-203.13 - Core: Pressure Measuring Devices, Mechanical Warewashing Equipment
