Swollen, rusted and cans dented on any of the 3 can seams (top, bottom, side) or deep, sharp dents should be considered unsafe. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed in open front reach in near the produce, plant-based hot dogs and sausage with internal temperatures of 52 degrees Fahrenheit. PIC had checked items at 6am and also 9am. At those times, both items were 41 degrees Fahrenheit or below. PIC had employee move items to the walk in refrigerator to bring back down to 41 degrees F. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
