No County legal action will result from this inspection.Reviewed with manager: addition of a larger, fully enclosed, self cleaning ice machine that bags ice.Establishment has also added an ice cream cooler with scoopable ice cream. Location of ice cream freezer was not in line of site of handwashing sink. Manager discontinued serving of ice cream until freezer can be moved closer to the approved handwashing sink. Once ice cream freezer is moved, ice cream will not be served unless food manager is present in establishment.Ensure all employees working with food obtain food worker certification from ANSI certified online site.Recommended purchasing bodily fluids clean up kit.Routine inspection report was emailed to person in charge at establishment.
