Per store director, the establishment is working with multiple flooring providers to redo flooring inside the deli, meat, and produce departments. Discussed providing a smooth, non-porous, and easily cleanable surface for floors in areas of food preparation/storage with store director. Will follow up at next routine inspection.

Inspector's notes

Observed the tile flooring located near the oven and fryer with degraded grout in between the individual tiles leading to an accumulation of water. In addition, observed wall tiles located behind the 3-compartment sink with missing caulking and gaps between the tiles. The establishment shall repair the sections of wall and flooring above to provide smooth, easily cleanable surfaces and prevent the accumulation of water. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
