Inspector's notes

Observed a fryer basket with broken wires that is no longer considered smooth or easily cleanable due to the loose wires. Discussed with person in charge to replace the broken fryer basket with a new basket. Person in charge will acquire new fryer baskets. Observed an ice bucket with several cracks in the bottom of the bucket that renders it no longer smooth, durable or easily cleanable. Discussed with person in charge to acquire a new ice bucket. Person in charge will acquire a new ice bucket. All food-contact surfaces must be smooth, non-absorbent, and easily cleanable. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
