Inspector's notes

Observed jalapeno cream cheese with cheddar cheese topping cold holding at internal temperature of 49 deg F in the retail produce section. PIC informed they had been prepared earlier in day and placed in produce walk in. Observed queso dip and tomato Pico cold holding at the front door area cold unit at internal temperature of 45-46 deg F. Produce manager relocated food items during inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
