PRIORITY VIOLATION-5-202.13, P: Backflow Prevention, Air Gap At kitchen's mop sink, inspector observed inside the mop sink, an open end pink water hose attached directly to the Atmopheric Continuous Pressure back flow device of the mop sink faucet. No air gap was observed between the open end of the hose and the sewage flood line of the sink.
