Core-3-305.11, C: Food Storage-Preventing Contamination from the Premises Observed several cardboard boxes containing packaged foods to be stored on the floor in the retail foods storage area. Food shall be protected from contamination by the premises in clean, dry location 6 inches above floor. The PIC moved the boxes to shelves at the time of this inspection and will review the requirement with staff. Correct By: Corrected At Time Of Inspection

Observed that no paper towels were present at the handwashing sink in the produce dipping room. All hand washing sinks shall be fully stocked at all times.
