Observed pints of ice cream, boxes of pizza and other boxed foods sitting directly on the floor inside of the walk-in freezer. Person in charge placed all of the food on the floor back on the shelves. Food must be stored at least 6 inches off the ground at all times to prevent contamination from the premises. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
