PRIORITY VIOLATION-7-206.12, P: Rodent Bait Stations Observed rodent bait, packaged in thin plastic packets, in the cabinets under the soda dispensing station. The PIC stated that their pest control company had placed the packets in the cabinets and that the rodenticide was not toxic. The packets are placed in order for rats to chew them open and ingest the bait. Regardless of toxicity, rodent bait shall be contained in a covered, tamper-resistant bait station. Also, please provide proof that the rat bait in use is exempt under FIFRA 25(b). Will reinspect within 3 days. Correct By: Correct Prior To Reinspection
