Core-3-501.13, C: Thawing Observed prepackages frozen ribs in rinse compartment of 3-compartment sink under running water. 3-compartment sink was being used to soak dishes in the wash compartment and sanitize in the sanitize compartment. Frozen food should be completely submerged with an overflow a constant trickle of water for proper slacking. Area should be clear of other tasks.
