TCS food items such as cooked eggs, spinach leaves, sauces, and pepperoni measured between 56-57 degrees F- all items were voluntarily discarded- see embargo form. Discussed cold holding and conducting routine temperature checks. Adequate alternative refrigeration available to operate safely.
