Observed an instahot water heater installed under the hand wash sink. Instahot is not connected to a hardwired electrical line and plugged in using an electrical extension cord. The person in charge stated the floor sink is used to drain dirty water when the kitchen is mopped. The person in charge stated the drain appeared to be clogged and a work order for plumbing services had been placed. Discussed maintaining plumbing system in good repair.
