Inspector's notes
Observed employee working with raw meat in the back of the meat department. Employee then went through a door to the front customer service area and proceeded to handle raw sausages. Hands shall be washed whenever changing tasks. Discussed the importance of proper hand washing and when hand washing is required with the person-in-charge (PIC). Hands must be washed at any time contamination occurs and when changing tasks. Employee properly washed hands at handwash sink at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

RTE/TCS foods requiring date marking must be date marked within 24 hours and sold or discarded after 7 days (including the day it was made as day 1). Observed clams in shell, and poke in the display case without having a consumer advisory statement. PIC ordered stickers at the time of inspection. Stated they will be here in a couple days. Offering and serving undercooked proteins requires an approved consumer advisory at all points of sale; and must contain an approved disclosure method and reminder statement. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
