In bakery at two rarely used handwashing sinks, observed drain flies. Work order for pest control was placed at time of inspection. Per manager, drains were recently cleaned. Establishment is to be maintained free of pests and all pest control measures are to be conducted by a licensed pest control specialist. Eliminate current pest control problem and obtain pest control from a certified and licensed pest control specialist. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Discussed more frequent monitoring of sanitizer solution during the day, especially at start of day. Chemical company was called at time of inspection to repair sanitizer dispenser. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
