Observed a bucket catching leak with a broken pipe inside under hand washing sink. Also observed visible leaks that are dried where pipes connect under three compartment sink. Ensure plumbing is in good repair and free of leaks.

Observed laminate counter tops in kitchen. There is damage/ separation/ gaps at three compartment sink area. Also, areas under both sinks have water damage and are not smooth. Repair to a smooth, easy to clean, gap-free condition.
