Observed hot dogs on hot dog warmer at 129 - 133*F. Hot hold of foo to be 135*F or greater. As per the person in charge items were on roller for approximately 2 hours. Unit temperature was increased. Hot dogs are normally replaced at 10am for lunch rush. Hot dogs were placed at normally turn over time. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
