Manager alerted EHS that their grab and go refrigerator was out of temperature and that they had pulled most of the TCS products from the refrigerator. They confirmed that they have a work order in already for the grab and go refrigerator. Observed individually packed cream cheese spreads (52-53°F) above 41°F in the grab and go. Manager stated that the cream cheese spread had been in the unit for close to 4 hours and voluntarily discarded the out of temperature cream cheese spreads. Manager plans to store the cream cheese spreads in an alternative refrigerator until the grab and go is able to maintain foods at or below 41°F.
