Observed zapping device for flies hanging from ceiling no over food areas located in in general boxing area of facility. Discussed with operator zapping devices are not allowed in a food establishment. Operator was instructed to remove device and opt for one that has a sticky mechanism. Observed dead roaches in sticky trap at floor of inside front display refrigeration unit. Discussed with operator to work with pest control to eliminate fruit flies, flies and vermin issues. Operator presented last pest control report dated: 5/2/26. Operator removed zapping device at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
