Observed a large concentration of small flies throughout the facility, largely concentrated in back mop sink, prep, and storage area. Observed small flies coming from large missing panel in ceiling. Observed small flies landing on food contact surfaces, walls, and inside the soda fountain. Establishment must be maintained free of pests and all pest control measures must be conducted by a licensed pest control specialist. Must eliminate current pest control problem and obtain pest control from a certified and licensed pest control specialist by re-inspection. Correct prior to re-inspection on 4/21/26.
