Inspector's notes

Observed ice build-up on walk-in freezer fan unit and observed that door of walk-in freezer was not properly seated. Discussed trying to adjust or repair door so that the seals can work efficiently. Discussed that additional humidity in the freezer room can lead to a build-up of ice on the refrigeration unit and impact lifespan and functionality of unit. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Kitchen in building #520 is closed due to cockroach infestation, kitchen has been completely gutted to stop the infestation. Please contact the departments plan review to submit remodel plans before beginning construction. Aramark team expressed interest in providing a temporary micro market to supplement employee food service.
