Inspector's notes

Observed chemical dishwasher with 0ppm of chlorine after several runs. Upon further investigation, it was discovered that the machine had a bucket of degreaser installed instead of sanitizer. Bar manager went to supply store during time of inspection and purchased a new container of sanitizer and installed it. After installation, machine tested with a concentration of 100ppm of sanitizer. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
