Observed high temperature dishwasher with a final rinse temperature of 120*F when measured with a min/max thermometer. All high temperature dishwashers must reach temperatures of at least 160*F to ensure sanitization of food contact surfaces. A work order was placed at time of inspection and all bakery dishes will be redirected to 3 compartment sink until fixed. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
