Pre-packaged deli chicken, turkey ham in reach in display cooler held at 46-48 degree F on top layers. Cooler is over filled with food products and does not allow air flow on top layers. According to manager items were placed in this unit less than three hours ago. Items were returned to walk in freezer for rapid cooling to safe temperature of 41 degree F.
