Inspector's notes
Observed several pans and some food scoops that were stored as clean according to the person in charge. Upon closer observation of the pans and scoops, visible food soils and other residues were observed on the dishes. PIC relocated all food-contact surfaces to warewashing area to be washed, rinsed, and sanitized at the time of inspection. All food-contact surfaces must be cleaned to sight and touch. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Inspector's notes
Observed a thumb actuated scooper at the clean dishes rack that had a crack where the rotating part joins the end of the scoop. The crack in the scooper is such that the utensil is no longer smooth or easily cleanable. The person in charge discarded the scooper at time of inspection. Discussed with person in charge that all food-contact surfaces must be smooth, non-absorbent, and easily cleanable. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
