Also discussed that shelves in the storage that are utilized by the school and not the kitchen shall be labeled "school equipment".

Observed food debris in microwave. Per PIC the unit is used often for staff Also observed food debris in popcorn machine, three compartment sink, and the dish drying rack and PIC was unaware of the last time they were used. Discussed with PIC all food-contact surfaces must be cleaned to sight and touch and microwaves and food contact surfaces shall be cleaned every 24 hours. Discussed with PIC to clean before next inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
