>>>Observed lavender scented bleach in the establishment. Per Person in Charge (PIC) the scented bleach is used for the sanitizer sink. Discussed approved use of sanitizers with the PIC. Sanitizer must be unscented, used at concentrations and in an approved manner per manufacturer instructions, 40 CFR 180.940, and 40 CFR 180.2020. PIC immediately had an employee leave and bring back regular bleach at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
