2nd repeat violation. In the back of the deli, observed the floor pitting, chipping, and missing in some places. In some places, the flooring is missing and the concrete has degraded down to allow aggregate to show and protrude from the floor. The floor must be smooth, durable, and easily cleanable. Please have floor repaired or replaced. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
