Inspector's notes

Observed multiple drain lines stored below the flood rim of various floor sinks throughout the establishment. Also observed a flexible hose line in use at the drive thru floor sink. Drain lines must be stored 1 inch above the flood rim of the floor sink. Also observed the walk in cooler condensation drain line in disrepair so that the line can easily be detached and rotating. Must repair all plumbing to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection. All plumbing must be maintained in good repair at all times. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
