The permit holder is responsible for ensuring that their menu items comply. Education was provided on the addition of food additives and dietary supplements during the inspection. Inspector's notes
Observed 0ppm quat sanitizer in use at the the comp sink. Discussed the importance of proper sanitizer levels and proper monitoring of sanitizer levels (200-400pp quat sanitizer per establishment's quat sanitizer. Establishment has test strips that have not been opened. PIC emptied the compartment and refilled with 200ppm quat sanitizer. Food-contact surfaces were properly sanitized at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
