Observed only expired chlorine and quaternary ammonium test strips, dated 9/2025, available for use to test sanitizer concentrations at time of inspection. Test strips are required for any sanitizers used with food contact surfaces. Provide sanitizer test strips prior to re-inspection. A reinspection will occur on or prior to 6/29/2026 to verify the correction. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.
